Im not one to write bad reviews but this time its warranted. Ordered vanilla iced latte with vanilla shot and stevia and first time got the vanilla swirl. I am diabetic so its important to get my order correct. Brought it in, they did make a new one and I heard the one girl say "don't worry, its no big deal". Seriously? No big deal? The second one was made with the sugar free vanilla syrup and stevia....so sweet I couldn't drink it so decided to go to the Dunkin in Corning. Those girls got it right. Just about ever time I order from this Dunkin something or multiple are always wrong. I always get a drink and a food option or multiple. 9 out of 10 times I get a bagel with cream cheese I end up with a cold hard bagel. If I get a drink and ask for no milk or cream what so ever, there’s always milk or cream added. If I order a coffee with Carmel I get a coffee with vanilla or just plain coffee no flavor.
