Great customer service, but drive through get very busy at prime times...too long of a line and difficult to get out of the parking lot on Pine Street, during busy hours.
Tell me why I stood there. 2 people saw me and no one took my order. No one at drive through and no one inside. Wow! Great service. Not.
I asked for a coffee with cream and Splenda. The sticker said cream and Splenda. I got cream and sugar. This location makes these kinds of mistakes all the time. Are these people really getting paid over $16/hr?
