I normally get my coffee earlier in the day, and day shift are great they can get pretty busy and I see everyone working so hard. But, ive only been able to come later in the day lately and evening shift is terrible, I have to repeat my order half a dozen times and then the girl who hands you your stuff doesn't say a word, just dead pan stare, I say hi how are you and she just gives you a dirty look. I don't know if there's a manager on afternoon shift but they should talk to their employees about work place standards.

You’ll get an average experience at best with this location. I’m someone who has been getting Dunkin several times per week for years (especially being from MA, where Dunkin runs in our veins), and this is one of the most disappointing locations I’ve been to. Staff doesn’t seem to care about anything, half the time they’re hiding in the back talking and don’t notice someone walk in. Food is often burnt or sandwiches just lazily thrown together. I'll start by saying I know they get busy and the employees seem to be young, and most seem to be doing their best. But I’ve been here a few times recently, and unfortunately, my order hasn’t been quite right. Since I usually don’t notice until I’ve driven away, it’s been frustrating. Most recently, my iced coffee with creamer tasted really unusual, almost as if it wasn’t fresh, and it made me feel super nauseous, so I didn’t even finish it.
