Lobby is locked even though they are open. No posted hours that are different for inside. Drive thru only I guess? 7am
Unbelievably poor service. You better hope the person handing you your order isn't too busy talking to pay attention to what they give you. Also make sure they give you a receipt, because when you tell them the order is wrong they'll argue. Or do yourself a favor and just dont go. Edit: Reading other reviews after posting this, it seems like this is a common problem. Interesting that a bunch of 5 star reviews show up next to so many 1s and 2s. Makes you wonder, doesn't it.
8/2/2026 11:08 per receipt: I ordered 2 large vanilla matcha with foam cream. They handed me 2 lattes. I pointed out their mistake, handed them back, and asked the girl if she wanted me to pull over to the side. She said yes. My kid and I waited 15 mins before I had to leave to drop her off. It gets better (worse) I called them at 11:25 as I drove off- the woman ARGUED with me saying that they had told me to pull to the second window, not to the side.
