I went to the drive through for my donuts. The person at the window could not have been more helpful and delightful.
The staff doesn't help the walk in customers. The order ahead orders are not on the tray to be picked up. I ordered ahead for walk in pick up waited over 5 minutes for anyone to even turn around to help me. The girl checked my order gave me two drinks from a group of a dozen or so drinks. And told me my foods not ready. I waited another 15 minutes before finally someone else turned around to help me and gave me a bag that was already sitting with the drinks.
