Coffee was luke warm, old. Napkins empty. Serving drive thru and leaving customers inside waiting.
I'm so disappointed with my online order I had my friend pick it up. It was only sandwiches and a cappuccino with mocha. I got three quarters of a cup of iced whole milk and that is it. After giving this location 6 months after my previous post I placed an order to go and they were so backed up that all I received was my coffee and donuts. All sandwiches and wraps weren't being prepared. It took over an hour for when my order was placed when I gave up waiting and requested a refund. I love Dunkin so much but it’s taking almost 30 minutes to get our items I have been sitting in drive threw for almost a hour
Thank you so much to the girl working the window this morning. I didn’t catch her name. She had dark hair but she provided 10/10 customer service. Will be returning due to her great customer service skills!
Had to wait in line forever and my coffee was watered down when I got it.
