Always out of lemonade later in the afternoon. With it getting hotter out more people are going to be purchasing refreshers and they will be out by noon.
The staff here is fantastic. Love their friendly, outgoing nature. However, the quality and taste of the drinks have declined drastically. Never had issues before but I've yet to get a mocha iced or frozen coffee that doesn't taste yucky. Used to have to put other flavors (donut swirl or toasted white chocolate) along with my mocha to get it to taste sweet. But they don't have those options currently. I don't want to stop visiting Dunkin but not sure why I'm paying for drinks that I end up not finishing. Stopped this morning... read more

Very sad. I took my small pup in to order breakfast and coffee to go and a very nasty lady behind the counter yelled " This is not doggy daycare". There was another pup inside sitting with his owner. I have taken my pup into many Dunkin donuts because of the pup cup and acceptance. I feel like it could have been handled professionally and not humiliated.
