This is the worst dunkin in the area. Not to be rude but the workers at the drive thru are not all there in the head. I ordered a CHAI iced latte that my receipt and the screen showed. A girl in orange hair with an attitude handed me a regular latte and when i told her it was messed up she took it to the back where i cannot see what she is doing behind the counter with my drink. Then comes back with the same exact latte. Very unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude. DO NOT EVER COME HERE !!!
I usually don’t give Dunkin’s a review but i just had to share my thoughts. I come here regularly at all times of the day and every time i get the best service. They are super quick, friendly and efficient. I really don’t understand the horrible reviews because my drinks are made to perfection every single time and they never got my donut orders wrong. They seem to have a great flow of their workers and excellent teamwork.
The staff sucks I tried my best to be patient they can’t speak up they don’t know how to do there job and they over charged me and refused to give a refund this is why good management is important whit this dunkin clearly doesn’t have
I usually get the Sweet black pepper bacon sandwich. Today I got the sandwich along with other items and headed home, once i took a bite of the sandwich it tasted like straight chemicals similar to chlorine and other things. It got thrown out immediately. I would’ve gotten a refund had I not been home already. It was absolutely disgusting, will not be returning to this location.
Today at 5:30pm I went for a bagel with light butter. Young spanish guy said he’s the shift manager and this is light butter. Very rude to me. Butter was leaking through the bag, bag was drenched in butter.
