The Customer Service is Horrible!!! The Manger is very nasty and they hate when you ask them to fix anything...The only person who is nice to Customers is their regular male cook.
Worst Dunkin I ever went to so far. Customer service skill is terrible and they never check the food they made for orders. Explain to me how do you make grill cheese with 2 eggs and 1 slice of cheese. I feel like they jus don't care. What make this even better, I ask for a pint of pistachio ice cream and they gave me mint chip. They procced to say I ask for this when I didn't. If there another coffee shop or starbucks, I rather spend my money over there.
The employees at this location cannot follow simple directions on an order, you will get the wrong food, made the wrong way, never any straws or napkins and when you call to leave a message they will not call back or do anything. Waste of money. Place went down hill fast since opening new location.
