I went there today. And their drive through people that were there are very, very rude. They gave me my donuts upside down. So since that I'm asking them for napkins, they gave me attitude, because i asked for napkins, then they forgot my food and my coffee. The guy working on 8/19 at 1:30am is insane. Went to get a couple drinks and one of them was made wrong. We went back through the drive thru to ask for them to remake it and nobody answered on the speaker at all. We knocked on the window and went through a couple times and nothing. It says open 24/7 but nobody was helping. Finally the guy came out and got in my boyfriend’s face threatening to beat him up over a DRINK. Horrible location. I tried to give them a benefit of a doubt but this is the 4th time visiting and them getting me and my mom’s orders all completely wrong. The parking when your waiting for you food and drinks is awful especially when in a rush. Avoid this dunkin at all cost if you can
