never get my order right and it’s the most simple thing.

The lady working the window ignored me and was flirting with my partner. She spoke OVER me, in fact, and then dropped my order on the ground! Saying only, it's free! It was on the ground! I DON'T want it!! I tried to return it and she yelled at me over the counter in front of the whole store, even though SHE DROPPED MY FOOD! MY partner and I will not return as long as that woman is not held accountable by her supervisors! I did NOT even get offered NEW food!
