I’m actually completely disgusted. Today I witnessed once again, the manager on duty speak to her employees like literal garbage. She was degrading and intentionally went out of her way to scream at the poor kid in front of customers. The amount of times I've come in here and the general manager was screaming at an employee on the floor is embarrassing. Upset with an employee's performance? That's fine, take it to the back and have a level headed conversation. It's unprofessional, poorly received, and ineffective. Unfortunately I'm sure this review won't make any changes for the poor staff that have to work for this woman because higher ups don't do anything that's requires "work" but this had to get called out. Took forever to take our order. Young man at the drive through window threw out trash and didn’t wash his hands and continued working. Just all around bad service.
