I’m actually completely disgusted. Today I witnessed once again, the manager on duty speak to her employees like literal garbage. She was degrading and intentionally went out of her way to scream at the poor kid in front of customers. It’s so sad as a former dunkin employee that management is STILL treating their employees that way. I hope something is done about this manager because she’s absolutely REVOLTING. Do better dunkin.
