They bring a request other than what I asked for, and they said matcha latte it comes already with sugar! Since when does matcha comes with sugar ?!! They don’t even want to understand. Even though it was not crowded.
very good staff everywhere clean everything sparkles no need to wait long for an order everything is fast and most importantly delicious at the highest level very kind staff most importantly not far I've been going there for a year everything is super just thank you this is the best Dunkin in all of New York I recommend it to everyone
I go here a lot for coffee, it tastes better here. But the staff is really bad. They're often either rude or very tired, so when you've been treated a little better or smiled a little, it's such a joy. In general, given the flow of people, perhaps the staff is really very tired and with all its appearance shows that they are no better than the opinion of customers.
Very nice, very pleasant atmosphere and the ladies always seem cheerful. A+
