One of the worst Dunkin's I have ever been to order is never right. Order cold foam and every time I have to hand it back, order a sandwich with a sauce or something extra never get it, and order donuts they give you the wrong ones. Been here 10+ times and maybe once was the order correct the first time.
Half the time, they always mess up my order. Just ordered a Maple Sugar Bacon Croissant on Uber Eats… got a blueberry bagel with cream cheese instead, no heads up or nothing. Now I’m eating a latte for breakfast. Nice.
I come regularly and stay for a couple hours at a time. Staff is always polite. Order is never wrong and also prepared well. Store is always clean and staff is also always cleaning
