I had the worst service at Dunkin’ today. I had to wait more than 15 minutes in the drive-thru, which is absolutely unacceptable for a place that’s supposed to provide quick service. There was no sense of urgency from the staff, and it felt like they didn’t care about the long line of customers waiting.
The guy who was making my drink didn’t pay attention to my order because cause he was on the phone talking and they don’t use gloves when they picking your doughnuts and they were out of oat milk
The food is great, it’s the fact that they were unsanitary. So I went in to ask for an extra pump of Syrup. And the women working was upset for no reason. She grabbed my coffee poured a pump of mocha and stirred it with the long spoon used to stir all other coffees. I quietly went up to the manager and told him that she stirred my coffee with the main spoon and that I had drank from my coffee and didn’t want them to pass on my germs to any other customer, the Manager said the spoon is submerged in sanitizer.
