Usually I get a good frozen coffee but this morning I had to wait 15 mins at 4 in the morning and I received not even a coffee. Just frozen milk with sugar. The younger girl that works there is great and usually doing it all by herself. Today was two other people more interested in personal talk than actually making a coffee. I should have left after my order not being taken after 7 mins and waiting in line for another 5 before pulling up to the window

I've used this place for over a year for morning drink on the way to work. I order the same things everyday. Lately they have new staff that I am assuming are not trained 60% of the time the drink is made incorrectly. I'm sick of paying for something I won't drink. The only time things are correct is by the girl who works either over night or first thing in the morning. Order any other time and prepare to be disappointed.
