This is the 2nd issue I've had with this store. No wonder at the time of writing this, they have a 3.6 rating. Le, who is supposedly a shift lead, was rude when the lady at the window was taking my order and interrupted her while I was placing my order and yelled 'Yes!' 'Move to the window!" All because I had a question about a latte. Then, the girl who yelled at me came to the window and said they have a line and proceeded to slam the window shut. I will not be going back to this store. Second side of sandwich was sogy and cold on the bottom. Less than a minute after being in bag.
This is the only dunkin with a drive thru and that is unfortunate. The food tastes like they don't clean the oven and half the time my bagel is not toasted. My coffee tastes different every single time and more times than not it tastes like they messed up the brew. They also NEVER give you napkins. A few months ago they were on point. They have gone down hill. Please do better.
