The Staff that works in the Morning is Amazing A+. You will struggle to find a Faster Dunkin and they are Always Pleasant towards guests. Unfortunately there's a heavy set guy thats always complaining about how tired or hungry he is, the customers or the workplace. He also talks about illegal activity and blasts rap music. Recently he has been coughing all throughout the line
They don't open up a 5am even Even though it says it Do. & when u get there a 5am or 5:30am The cashier doesn't open the door you could be knocking. She won't open the door until she's ready to open up.
Talk about bad customer service!! I stopped for a coffee. No greetings from the female, no smile, no thank you! She only wanted to know “what else” I was going to buy so obviously the language wasn’t an impediment. The place is old and dirty. Never spending another penny at this location.
