This is the 4th experience I've had where the lady in the grey shirt won't stop screaming and playing innappropriate music/sounds from her phone. She yells at customers and who she's working with, the coffee is watered down when she is there and the tables are always disgusting. First day there wasn't overflowing garbages

This Location is going downhill and fast. If the couple isn't there and the two other ladies are on vacation everything becomes a train wreck. There was a mountain of crumbs on every table. My food was burnt and this location never has watered down or "burnt" tasting coffee. Somehow it was was both. The lady in the grey shirt won't stop screaming and her stomach is always showing. Very unpleasant atmosphere

This location would be so terrible without the morning staff. They hired a new lady that is always shouting and yelling in her language. The other girl that she is training doesn't know the menu so it becomes a shouting match with them and the customers

I got 10 munchkins other than the chocolate they were all hard (not fresh) I threw out half of them. I was on my way down to the beach so I didn’t bother going back to exchange them. Step up your game Dunkin’ Donuts we will make me have to go somewhere else!
