Finally got to go out to get some donuts went to get some donut holes today. Ask them for a Pacific donut holes. They gave me something completely different and before they even gave it to me, they handed it to another customer in front of me and then handed it back to me. I have this old video on my dash cam when I called them to tell them that they messed up my order they told me to waste my gas and come back with the item that’s all they could do and it’s not their fault. Didn’t get my coffee right. Added ingredients I did not ask for. Managers did nothing about it.
Y'all keep hiring people that are either cross faded or don't know how to read a screen. The past 2 times I've ordered a hazelnut iced latte and was given an iced coffee with no flavoring. The second time I corrected my order and they waited and didn't even fix it and just handed me the original drink they had already made. Great way to scam people tho and make a dollar or two extra for the company. Can't hire competent people on poor wages tho. Guess I'll stick to starbucks
I had a coupon for 6 dozen donuts for $4 if we bought a drink. We pulled up and paid. Then went to the next window, where they gave us the drink but no donuts. Then finally a young fellow handed us a box of donuts that he choose. They didn't even ask us what flavor donuts we wanted. We refused that box and told them we wanted to choose our own.
