It was ok employees acted like hostages but we're polite
I got a large iced coffee today thru mobile ordering. The line was extremely long and took about 25+ minutes to get to the window. By the time I got there, the drink I ordered was made but all the cold foam was gone since it took so long. I asked the girl working the window and she said she would try to add more cold foam. After a minute, she returned and said the people in the back said the drink was made correctly and that they would not fix it.
