I’ve been coming to this Dunkin every so often for the last few months and the food is usually average, but the service is always awful. It’s a horrible experience whether I go through the drive-through or go inside. this morning just really topped the cake when my whole order was wrong and said this was not the coffee I ordered and asked who took my order. Gabby was lovely in assisting me when I was getting my Halloween bucket. Such a nice person would come again just to get her great service and the great fresh munchkins!
Decaf coffee with one shot of decaf espresso. It didn't taste good at all. I had it with cream and sugar, it tasted like burnt. It was only me then another customer walked in. The service was slow. She was alone. Cordial though.
This location is bad bad bad. Employees seem to hate their jobs. They mess up orders all the time. Not going to go to this one any longer.
