Rude staff and didn’t give me my $20 meal
I ordered an iced decaf around 7:00 pm and it was very stale. The doughnut selection was bad, probably less than a dozen. I like the modern feel. And the easy workspace. The staff was friendly. The furniture is a little shabby and not in a chic way.
Went in on 20 April at 10am and ordered a half dozen donuts and two coffees. Got home and all six donuts were stale. Come on Dunkin. I’m 60 years old and have been enjoying DK for my entire life. To serve even day old donuts is not your business model. I can’t imagine how the manager would allow this to happen. Get your act together or you’ll be losing customers.
