I went for a pumpkin spice coffee today and it was terrible, I could barely and I mean barely taste the pumpkin spice coffee. If I didn’t know I ordered pumpkin spice I would’ve guess it was plain coffee with cream. Now I know why I stopped going to this Dunkin’ and that I am much better off driving 2 miles to the Dunkin at Loxahatchee Groves EVeN thought this one is 1/2 miles from my house
I came in around 7 am, no other customers were there. I received my first hot coffee quickly. Then, I was forgotten about. 2 to 3 other people came after me and were served before I received my iced coffee. Idk if it was an off day but they didn't seem to have enough employees. One came in without a company shirt and had to be provided one by the boss leaving one other employee who was pre occupied with something else.🤷🏽♀️
