With only one car ahead of me, I waited for 6-8 minutes to place an order. The car that was at the window used their walking cane to bang on the window for an update. When I finally get up to the window, it was another 4+ minutes. I know it took awhile because I the songs kept changing. A medium coffee $3.87. Dunkin coffee is already bad, and this tasted worse than that.
Mobile order is usually better because then you can just walk in and pick it up or even go through drive through, I want to Thank everyone that keeps America running on dunkin
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The coffee was made with sour milk and was impossible to drink. This level of quality is unacceptable. I hope you will pay more attention to product freshness and quality control.
Ordered inside and waited 10 minutes for a regular coffee with cream Zero line Employee at the counter chatting with another employee the whole time doing nothing while a different staff member was left to grab my drink Extremely unfriendly staff Would go for coffee at BK next time
It's ludicrous how slow this place operates. Like it's so slow- it's gotta be a management problem.
