Waited over ten minutes for two donuts. All they had to do was grab the two donuts. They were moving so slow and only focusing on drinks. But even as I was watching them make the drinks I couldn't believe how slow they all were.
Got to the drive through, wouldn’t take my order just told me we are crowed inside it’s gonna be a long wait…. How hard is to do your job ? Barely takes effort…
With only one car ahead of me, I waited for 6-8 minutes to place an order. The car that was at the window used their walking cane to bang on the window for an update. When I finally get up to the window, it was another 4+ minutes. I know it took awhile because I the songs kept changing. A medium coffee $3.87. Dunkin coffee is already bad, and this tasted worse than that.
Mobile order is usually better because then you can just walk in and pick it up or even go through drive through, I want to Thank everyone that keeps America running on dunkin
