i have been multiple times to this dunkin, i used to love it but now the employees literally do not listen to you when you are ordering, i always go inside- never through the drive through and now i may never return, i asked for an iced chai latte with oatmilk and received a regular latte with 2% no flavoring. the last time i asked them to fix my drink they made a big deal about it so i didnt even bother this time.
Inconsistent. Can't take orders and follow them correctly even when printed on the side of the cup
One of my most favorite places! The staff there are great! I enjoy not only my coffee but the costumer service as well!
After years avoiding DD... went through drive thru ordered 1 glazed donut...STALE ... OLD... will not return...
This Dunkin is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service and the managers are worse than the employees. I have NEVER seen such lack of customer service as I do EVERYTIME I go here.
