Gf was given frozen food. They wouldn’t fix it. Silence. Called and got the silent treatment over the phone. Don’t shop at any chains in this area. It’s all the same
24 hours??? Nope. Went to get doughnuts at 4am. They said no doughnuts until 5am. OK I was early and didn't call ahead. Called later to see if the could accommodate the order. They said no, the earliest is 5am. Called Tim Hortons. They will take care of the order. Guess Dunkin isn't interested in their customers. Go across the street.
Simply just bad service.
Coffee is good but the drive-thru lady wasn't paying attention and charged me for someone else's order so now I'm having to wait a few days for a refund for that. They need to get their workers to pay more attention instead of doing whatever this lady was doing before I came to the window.
