Washroom were extremely dirty and coffee tasted burnt
I ordered a hot macchiato expecting a warm, comforting beverage, but what I received was barely lukewarm. When I politely asked the employee if it could be made hotter or warmed up, I was flatly told that "this is just how it's made" and that they couldn't make it any hotter. Espresso drinks should serve hot unless ordered iced. Beyond the disappointing temperature of the drink, the unwillingness of the staff to help fix a simple customer request was really frustrating.
