Today wasn't a good day for this DD. Ordered a hot dunkalate and got a cold one instead. Almost forgot my hot chocolate.

Drive thru service is terrible. Only come when you have an extra 20 min to spare
Something is always broke or not available on the menu. Ordered hot chocolate with peppermint mocha got coffee so blazing hot burned my lip attempting to take a sip. The snackin bacon 🥓 was primarily black burnt small pieces. I've gone back a couple times thinking just an off day. Nope ♀️ consistent standards at this location. Very disappointing. Can't comment on the atmosphere. Went through drive-thru.
