This is the worst Dunkins! It has really gone downhill! And Everyone I talk to agrees. I’m really sorry but I get at least a coffee every day at this place and more often than not it is old, not very hot either! If it was fresh it would not have a burnt taste or be cold. I try to explain it to several people there but they don’t understand me and the problem never gets solved! Great experience! Dropped my coffee - someone came right out with a mop to help me clean it up and I turned around and someone else had already made me a fresh iced coffee. Appreciated their kindness and service!
