Came to Dunkin this morning at 530am ,no one was in line at the register nor the drive thru , after standing at the register for 5 minutes I yell "hello is anybody there " ? , no response , so I decided to call them on the phone , it rings, she answers with , welcome to Dunkin how can I help you today? And I reply ,just wondering if anyone is coming to the register to take my order and I hear it go "click" and she hung up . Why she hung up idk , I wasn't being rude , simply trying to get coffee. absolutely terrible. the manager; rachael, was so rude and did not care about my service at all. employees look overworked and very unhappy. if you want good service, go to any other dunkin. will not be contributing any more of my money to this dumpster fire.
The new bacon jam sandwich is amazing and everyone was friendly
