Every time I come to this location I have an issue. I always do mobile order with drive thru pick up, order never correct or sold out item missing in bag but instead of telling me they send me on my way. Good thing I check the bag so I can go back inside and try to get a substitute. Once I go back inside the employees including the manager always mad and rude.
I stop in to get a hot black coffee and a caramel ice coffee. Before I left the lobby, I try my coffee like I alway do before leaving the lobby, my coffee tasted just like straight coffee so I took back to the counter and told them it tasted like straight coffee, girl at the counter was I see caramel, I said it again that it tasted like straight coffee, so she took my ice coffee and showed the girl it said three pumps, the attitude i got the next time we will charge you .30 I asked if she wanted and she said no. Hair on my food everytime I go they are so disrespectful
People can be rude. Once I was told they were busy with drive-thru so I should get in my car and go through drive-thru. Another time I asked if they had everything bagels and was told yes. Ordered the bagel and coffee. Got the coffee but waited and waited ut no bagel, I finally asked about it and was told they only had regular bagels.and was asked if I still wanted a bagel.. mind you I had already paid for the bagel. The people at DD by Walmart in Camden are just so much friendlier and nicer.
