This is my first time ever writing a review, but after my experience today, I felt it was important to speak up. While going through the drive-thru with my family, I began placing our order. As I relayed what my son and daughter wanted, the employee interrupted with a sarcastic and impatient tone, asking, “How many donuts do you want?” Her sudden shift in tone caught us all off guard. I haven't had any problems since I switched to this Dunkin Donuts after it opened. The one in Camden in front of Walmart is way too busy and inconvenient. This one is hardly ever crowded and the service has been great so far.
Love this Dunkin!! So thankful to have a location nearby. These guys rock!!
This is one of the worst locations for customer service. The evening staff are so rude and unprofessional. I don’t know some people get a job with the public 🤬
