The staff is always nice but the coffee and bagel sandwiches are not great. I've tried a few times, hoping that maybe it would get better but it hasn't. The bagel is always slightly burnt and there is nothing on it besides the egg and cheese. There isn't any flavor, like not even butter, just a dry burnt bagel with some egg and cheese on it, and the cheese is cold, not even slightly melted. Went out to get some good old fashioned ice cream. Only had 5 flavors. Hopefully they will be more like the other BR31 and have more flavors soon.
The Carmel frozen coffee was good. The breakfast bagels wasn’t. No line but took forever to take my order was starting to think their speaker was broken. Only my second time trying them.
