Inconsistent hours. Frequently closed and all cleaned up well before closing time on door or online. Donuts nothing special. I like the variety of sugar free coffee syrups.
This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve been to. I was really excited when a new one that was along my route opened up, but now it’s worth the extra minutes in my drive to go out of the way to the other locations. The employees at this location….it’s like they’re not even trying. Several times I’ve asked about the caffeine content in certain beverages. They tell me there isn’t any caffeine, but then I pull up the Dunkin website and there IS caffeine, sometimes a LOT of it too which could be dangerous for peop... read more
You never know what country is going to represent this Dunkin’, the people do not want to communicate with the public, they know nothing about the product they sell. Unfortunately I don’t think Crystal will support that type of service and their stay here will be short lived.
The kids that work in the evening are always goofing off and messing up orders. Will not return to this location.
Several times we got the wrong number tems. Today I order one sausage egg and cheese croissant and One pepper bacon egg a cheese Bagel. Ended up with two bacon egg and cheese croissants... Also the person handing the food out doesn't wait for the full order and say have a nice day when half the order is there. They need to communicate with each other so the order gets filled correctly.
