Update: thankfully they have some much nicer people now that also work the window. The girl with the brown hair and side braid is still there and seems to hate her job/customers, but at least most of the staff is friendly now I have been going to this Dunkin since it has opened and they usually get my order right, sometimes it’s wrong but that happens. Went in the drive through just to be fully ignored, finally got sick of waiting and went inside and and found the only staff member inside yapping on a personal call. They paused their call long enough to rush take my order and gave it to me without receipt, telling me the cost or offering to warm the food (my rock hard donuts) then they ran into the back to go back to their call before I could ask for any of that.
The morning staff are Soo amazing. Very sweet and caring. They go above and beyond . Very well mannered and the speed of service is outstanding. So a huge thank you. To the morning crew. And always having a smile
I love this place!!! Does anyone think about talking to the manager face to face they dont have a problem fixing anything. And as for the lady taking about stale donuts I've been there even at 8pm and gotten some donuts but i can understand it can be cold can affect the integrity of the donuts and did you ever think that it being that late at night they will be as good as they are at 12noon. Even Managers have a day off.
