I have been going to this Dunkin since it has opened and they usually get my order right, sometimes it’s wrong but that happens. My problem is the attitude of the workers… they are so unfriendly it’s bizarre. The only nice one is the tall guy who works there. The rest don’t say anything besides the total, no manners at all, no smile and a dead stare. I say thank you and no reply, ever. I tried to hand one of the girls a tip and was ignored. Mobile order is never ready and employees act annoyed that you dare even come in and ask about it. Customer service here is awful. They are never in a rush and act bothered when customers even come in. The bathrooms are gross and I don't understand, it's a new building. Get it together crystal beach. I will drive to Tarpon Springs because that store is fast and friendly.

I don't do reviews often but I think the company needs to look into this location. I was so excited when they started building a Dunkin' donuts right outside my neighborhood. There is no fast food type places within walking distance. I have gone in the morning a few times now and unfortunately the food has been expensive and not good each time. I have had the coffee, refreshers, hot meals and the donuts. The only thing that is good is the refreshers. Well thinking about it now it's pretty hard to mess up lemonade with other ... read more
