My daughter just walked up to the place to order for us. She found out they close at 8pm. At 7:45p she was denied service and told that they were closed, after standing near the window waiting for me to make a selection. Closing at 8p doesn’t mean everything is shut down and wiped down so the employees can lock up at 8p on the dot. That was rude and I see why they have such a low rating after opening so recently. They just lost a potential customer.
I’ve been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years, but this location left me extremely disappointed. After a long overnight flight, I stopped in for a simple order—only to get home and realize my sandwich was missing. I drove 10 minutes back, and when I explained what happened, the staff responded with, “Yeah, we know,” handed me the food with a smirk, and didn’t say a single word—no apology, no acknowledgment. The service here is bad. I went several times and they have bad attitudes. They don’t make drinks properly and get an attitude if you correct the mistake. If you can avoid this location do so
First: No Indoor Service!!!! Two Options: Drive Thru or Walk-Up Window. CUSTOMERS CANNOT ENTER THE BUILDING. Secondly, STALE, STALE, STALE Pastries. The Breakfast Sandwich was fine b/c it’s prepared after ordering. But, the Pastries were hard and Dry. Even after heating for a few seconds in my microwave, nothing could resurrect those Pastries!!!
