The server at the Dunkin’ Donuts express on E terminal in Charlotte Airport just blamed me because she got my coffee wrong. She did it so so rudely and loudly in front of other employees and guests. I was horrified at her lack of customer service skills. It was a simple mistake, and I was not at all angry about it, but she was severely put out about having to make it again and said as much
