So I ordered candy bar frozen coffee and I asked to ADD caramel to it that’s all I said. I went to the window to pay the candy bar frozen coffee and it only had whipped cream and caramel that I asked for but it usually comes with candies and other stuff they put on it also mocha drizzle but it wasn’t what I ordered and one of the workers is telling me that the caramel don’t go on it, I paid for it to be added in it so it can do on it! Like what do u mean? I paid for it! Listen to the customer!
I truly wish I could give this place 0 stars. The WORST Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to in my life. The employees are disgusting and rude. They can never get the orders right. I ordered a Boston Kreme donut and two hot sandwiches and they through the donut in with the sandwiches. Chocolate melted all over the bag. When I showed the manager all he said was “I won’t give you a replacement since DoorDash refunded you”. I was like would you accept your food like this? Absolutely ridiculous!
