Delicious and friendly
I've been here twice. And both times they were out of donuts. I went today at four p m. There's five hours before closing. There's 5 hours to make a batch of donuts. What a missed opportunity to make a profit.
The employees have always been so polite and friendly to me, I prefer this Dunkin over Indian Boundary
Don’t order through the app, when they don’t have what you order you won’t get a refund, you get told come back tomorrow for ‘free donuts’. Management told them to call the cops on me instead of issuing my refund or canceling my order. More than half of my order was unavailable today. Management left a bunch of underage kids who are rude and incompetent. It’s not that hard to access a drawer and issue a refund, or allow your customer the option to cancel the order completely.
