They were great the first month now it’s snobby teens or grown adults who can’t stand the job they signed up to do. I get attitude almost every time I come to the window and my coffee is always fcked up their latest thing is giving me half a cup of cold foam when I order that with my coffee. Where’s the large lattee I paid for under it? Dunkin employees refuse to remake and reaching out to customer service and corporate is a waste. I come for coffee almost everyday. If I could put negative stars, I would. This is the only Dunkin’ close to me, but after today, I will stop going. Everyone is always rude. Anytime I need to make modifications to a drink (one to three modifications at most) they either tell me they can’t but the next day tell me they can then forget to add them even though I’ve been charged for it. I’ve never been to a Dunkin' this bad before. The food is either cold or stale as well. There’s never a good day there.
I love this new location and have not been disappointed in the three times I have visited!
I decided to give them another go and I can say they got better.
