Second time I've had problems with this new location. Will not give it another try. Ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese bagels. Bagels were not toasted at all. ONLY 1 SKINNY PIECE OF BACON ON EACH BAGEL THAT WAS NOT FULLY COOKED!!!
I ordered a green tea refresher at 10:30 AM and the tea was so spoiled I could taste it through the strong fruit flavoring. I found online that it's supposed to be protocol to change the iced tea every 6-8 hours at Dunkin. At 10:30, that tea would've had to been sitting out at least all night. It must be hard since it's a new location, but I'll wait awhile to maybe come back so that they can catch up on training their employees.
I can say that they've gotten better they memorized my order, and I appreciate that
They were great the first month now it’s snobby teens or grown adults who can’t stand the job they signed up to do. I get attitude almost every time I come to the window and my coffee is always fcked up their latest thing is giving me half a cup of cold foam when I order that with my coffee. Where’s the large lattee I paid for under it? Dunkin employees refuse to remake and reaching out to customer service and corporate is a waste. I come for coffee almost everyday.
