Had a good experience got a carmel latte and a donut.
1 star. My order was completely wrong again. This has happened almost every time I've come here. I had somewhere to be right after picking up my food, so I didn't have time to come back and get it fixed. Really frustrating when consistency is this bad.
I come here about once a week and usually place a mobile order. The drive-thru service is always quick, which I appreciate. However, the last couple of times my order has been missing the donuts. If this is happening because things are moving too quickly, I’d be happy to wait a little longer to make sure everything is included. I’d just prefer to receive all the items I paid for rather than getting home and realizing something is missing
