Ordering ahead on mobile is almost entirely useless because they routinely don't start making my order until after I walk in despite there being nobody else in the store. Poorly organized. I often see walk-ins being served before my order is fulfilled.
i have ordered from this store through doordash and they forgot more than half my order the first time i reordered and called them to put both orders together since i payed for both and they only put one order and they only put the first order which is now cold
