Stood at the counter for 5-6 mins and got ignored as the employees talked behind the counter.
The new store is nice looking but not very comfortable, I find it to be more catered to mobile order customers which is where most of their business must be. I have been coming to this store for a long time and I miss how comfy it used to be. I wish there were more tables or maybe even couch chairs, the cafe is also incredibly cold and only one bathroom
It defeats the purpose to advertise skipping the wait by ordering on the app if the drinks ordered on the app aren't prepared until after those for the people in line. It happens every morning and it's infuriating.
