Okay, Dunkin’, I’ve had enough of the declining quality and lack of attention to customer orders. If a customer specifically orders a toasted avocado toast, shouldn’t it actually be toasted? If I order a particular coffee blend, why am I being handed something different? Do employees really think customers won’t notice the difference? We pay premium prices and expect to receive what we ordered. Instead, many of us don’t realize the mistake until we’re halfway down the road, with no practical way to have it corrected.
