Coffee is usually fine. If you order through the app and have food of any kind in that order, you pretty much always have to go back to the counter or drive through because they either give you the wrong items or give you nothing at all.
I’ve been to this Dunkin several times to try and give them a chance after messing up my orders several times, and they just aren’t redeeming themselves. I ordered a caramel iced latte with oat milk due to my dairy sensitivity, and the guy working at the speaker repeated oatmilk back to me and the drink they gave me was not made with oatmilk and it was not on the tag on the drink. It's been two days in a row that I buy my avocado toast and I order clearly with bacon they charge me the bacon and I don't receive it
