I have been coming to this location and the old one for years. The service has never been great. My recent visits have been worse however. They cannot get big orders correct so don’t bother coming here with your family.
Went to dunkin after a long day got three drinks and a donut. The worker proceeded to get both my drinks wrong. And when I made it known she got mad at me and charged me for a more expensive drink. I had asked to change the drink due to the myself being allergic to green tea. I was charged for a strawberry refresher with green tea instead of lemonade even though I had made it known that I wanted it with lemonade. Due to the fact once again I am allergic to green tea. Coffee and croissant breakfast and senior discount which is cool.
Even after the snow is done falling, the sidewalks remained unshoveled. No salt or anything either, concerning for the Midwest weather
