They really need to change their staff. I just stopped by, and the woman working this morning was in a terrible mood; she actually yelled at me. People shouldn't be treated like that. This used to be my favorite place, but I won't be going back—the service is horrible.

Every time I go there the customer service is horrible!!!! I need to repeat myself multiple times, workers can’t give directions, horrible attitude. Coffee was not good, I couldn’t even check if I had the right order because they didn’t put a sticker on the cup. Last time I went there my coffee was made wrong. I already saw a review on that person that was giving service today, and the customer also had bad experience.
