I placed my order on the app and when I arrived the lobby was locked up tight and I had to wait in the drive thru for 35 mins. Absolutely unacceptable.
Just wanted a coffee. Went through drive thru and sat at the speaker. There was nobody there 🤷🏻♂️ No customers at the time either. Don't waste their time i guess. I heard someone fumble with their headset and say there's someone at the window but they were laughing so i just left
