Ordered an everything bagel with butter & CREAM CHEESE. I only received butter on my bagel.
Newly built location. Order was on spot, but management should really consider putting someone that hates their job a little less at the window. 10:19 AM on April 1, 2026. The young lady was just miserable on the headset and while handing me my drink.
I must say that I was pretty impressed! I was there this past friday and it was extremely busy. Not just inside but drive thru as well. I am a regular customer and those ladies held it together and kept it moving. Food was fresh, workers were friendly and my coffee tasted better than ever! Kudos to the staff and props to the manager! This is my first time taking a survey because they deserve recognition for a job well done.
