Most incompetent group of workers I have experienced in any establishment. They charge me for the order and after tell me they are missing half the the order. I ask what do you want me to do? And they tell me they don't know. I ask for a refund and they tell me they don't know how to do it !??!
This is the most incompetent duncans I've ever been to the workers. Do not know what they're doing. They act so slow and dumb. They can't get anything right
I have had to wait in the drive thru for over 15 min multiple times.
