Hello, I wanted to share my experience at your location on 1/29/24 I come through regularly before my shift and I’ve never had an issue until tonight. At 10:40 PM, the employee on duty rudely stated, “We don’t have anything but iced coffee.” Even then, my order was made incorrectly. I requested a large iced coffee with 5 caramel, 5 cream, 4 sugar, and an espresso shot. Since caramel wasn’t available, I substituted another flavor—but I could barely taste any sweetener at all.
