I’ve given this Dunkin’ multiple chances, but every visit has been disappointing wrong orders, long waits, or poor customer service. At first, I excused the mistakes since they had just opened, but the issues continue. Even when I’m the only customer, it takes forever to get them to take and get me my order.

Every time I have been at this establishment my order has either been wrong, taken a lot of time, or have had an awful customer service experience. The first few times I went to this dunkin is when they first opened, and I excused their mistakes. Although recently, whether dine in or drive through, I have not once received a good experience. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I have been the only costumer in this establishment and they still look at me and don’t serve me. Me and my girlfriend came into Dunkin one morning, and we tried to order on the tablet up front. We couldn't order stuff off of there, our fault we know. So we got into the regular line and tried to order, although no one took our order. They just kinda looked at us, so another lady stepped in. Who had been the manager of the place and she kinda rectified the situation. But even after this experience, my order has never been right, and the service has still been awful.

For this to be a brand new Dunkin to the area, it’s really a shame how horrible it is. Every time I’ve come to this location since it opened I’ve had horrible experiences. They really need to change everything or start over.
