It’s crazy… I ordered in English, they spoke English, and I just got the mystery grab bag of coffees🤦♂️. Medium Hot, Regular, Espresso Shot… Simple. && this is a gross combo, whoever ordered it lol
My order this morning included 2 LG coffees, and the Grubhub driver told the DD lady it was for 2 coffees. The DD lady told her to take the single coffee and if I had a complaint, I should call DD. I AM FURIOUS AND I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO THE DD STORE TO COMPLAIN! The Grubhub driver said that the DD lady was rude as well. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
One of the worst experiences I've had at Dunkin', which is saying something. Waited 20 minutes at this drive-thru only location (only 3 cars in line), and the latte we got was not a latte (only semi-warmed flavored milk). They missed the espresso. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
