Ordered $25 of food and drinks through the app for a family breakfast for 4 as we're headed on a road trip. We go to pick it up, tell them our name, are left standing around for 10 minutes, ask again for our order, and they say "oh, we have no eggs." Left us standing around for 10 minutes for nothing. Asked for a refund, their manager isn't there. They could have put it on a gift card and had their drawer be short, which the manager or whoever could have fixed. Instead, they robbed us $25. I love this place, but only during the morning shift. The afternoon crew can’t make my coffee right. I have to be “that person” who keeps sending the coffee back to have it remade because it not right. At $6.50 a cup, I’d like to have it made the correct way. Management needs to step up and TRAIN all the employees the SAME way. This isn’t an employee problem, but they are the ones who continue to get complained at. All staff are great though.
I placed an order through the app. Drove to the store only to be told they have no boxes for the Box-O-Jo, and because I ordered through the app, they could not put the money back on my company credit card, that I would have to take cash. Again… company credit card. I can’t take cash. She said there was nothing she could do, that she didn’t have the authority to issue the refund electronically because she “was just a worker.” I asked for a manager. There wasn’t one on site. This dunkin is the slowest dunkin I’ve ever been to. I waited 25 minutes for my drink. Do not go here. Staff is incompetent.
