Great customer service and coffee incredible manager on duty always a pleasant experience
Everytime I come to this dunkin’s and the two ladies are working, everything is great. Today when I came, I ordered my breakfast and this man give me the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced here at that dunkin. He was absolutely rude, clearly miserable, and give me attitude when I told him I had ordered. Pretty much tossed my food at me and slammed my coffee on the table. Clearly he was frustrated about something but no need to take it out on your consumers.

2 people work here, a lady and a guy. When the lady covers the shift, everything is fantastic, and I've never had any issues with my order. When the guy covers the shift, it's a Russian roulette. I've had my order messed up many times, and the last strike was making an iced coffee when I ordered a hot one. It was online, so there were no excuses for miscommunication, etc. I order everything in advance so I can grab it and go to work.
