Not sure what happened to this Dunkin. They are so rude. Blasting music that customers have to ask them to turn down, won't make eye contact. The last few times that I've been here, they forget ingredients in drinks, warm items are cold, cold items are warm, and they are all around unfriendly and unhelpful. Absolutely disappointed. I ordered a turkey egg sandwich and was handed a sad excuse for a meal-just egg sandwich. What's the point of ordering if you don't get what you paid for? To make things worse, the hash browns were barely cooked. Soft, soggy, and completely unappetizing. It felt like they pulled them out halfway through and said, "Good enough." If you're going to serve breakfast, at least make sure it's edible and accurate. Do better.
You wait in line to long. Twice I went there and waited 20 minutes. Finally left
