Very slow drive thru on the weekend. Drive thru speaker is extremely loud. Coffee order may or may not be correct. Not very friendly.
The dunkin in elmira is disgusting. The floor and counters are filthy and sticky. The service was super slow to the point that I canceled my food after 20 minutes of waiting. Actually glad that I did looking at how filthy the place is.
Literally a get what you get, with attitude and all. Screwed our order all the way around, then had the audacity to get mad at us for wanting to chose the doughnut selection in the dozen we just purchased. Not to mention I ask for a HOT DUNKACHINO WITH ONE (1) SHOT OF PISTACHIO. I get a ICED Dunkachino with FOUR (4) SHOTS OF PISTACHIO... 😡😡 Then we get to the world's tiniest parking lot to get almost rammed by some old guy who the world apparently is supposed to freaking stop for and we didn't get the stupid memo.
