Rare to walk into a Dunkin and see a crew so helpful and happy. Normally wouldn’t rate a Dunkin because they’re pretty much all the same but the vibes were so good in here that I felt compelled to say something.

Did a mobile order. Young man at window hands me half the order and walks away. I have to knock on the window and ask for the rest of my order. Pull away and the bacon egg & cheese sandwich has no egg. Drive back to the store, wait in line only to have every employee avoid eye contact, until I make someone acknowledge me. Guy who seemed in charge asks me what’s up, I tell him the sandwich is missing the egg. At that point two employees blurt out “we’re out of egg”.
