Whoever said this place is run like the circus is spot on. I’ve been here a few times and their customer service is very slow, off-putting, unfriendly, and just overall subpar. At the drive through, the girl said, “what do you need?” instead of something as simple as “Hi, what can I get for you?” They are also always out of many menu items.
I wish I could leave no stars at all! We travel.to Branson and have to come thru Harrison and we always stop for Dunkin . EVERY time we come the girls r just so so rude! The one made racial comments about my husband and then started acting like she was puking . This will be reported to corporate as discrimination towards a Customer I have the date and time I was there she also shoved my 10 yr old and her friends coffee across the counter .
