The Young woman that work behind the counter Amber was friendly and pleasant, and I had an enjoyable interaction with her. However, the iced coffee and the hot coffee I received both were disgusting. Neither one tasted like coffee. It tasted like milk with a little bit of sugar in it. The coffee is watered down. It’s almost like they ran the water through a second time. Like reusing, coffee grounds or something.

I made a mobile order for a dozen donuts. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick them up, I was informed that they did not have the donuts and “would never have” the 12 of the same donuts at a time. I had to wait in the drive thru line to get my refund, in which I was shorted almost 3 dollars. I pull into the parking lot and go into the store for the rest of my refund, and I was told they wouldn’t refund the tip.
