I've never been one to leave a negative review like this, but this older person with tattoos and a beard, really got under my skin. He took 20 orders before deciding to serve anyone, then proceeded to just serve thr easy orders. Yes, just making sweet tea is easy, but waiting 40 mins to make a frozen hot chocolate is ridiculous.
Why be open if u don't have more than 10 donuts. Twice been here on different occasions and not enough to make a dozen
I've had 5 bad experiences with the same employee. I told management about it today, told mgmt they needed to train their counter guys, and mgmt threatens to trespass me. I'm fine with driving the extra fifteen minutes to go to the Elizabethton store. Etown is open 24 hours. Etown never gets my order wrong at the register. Hampton, try to be more like the other stores, yeah?
Our cashier was great! She was so helpful and very nice. The other staff was good, too. Everyone smiled! The food was pretty good, too. This was my first time.
