Went through drive thru with a mobile order, got to the speaker to say "I have a mobile order for "my name". I get interrupted before I even got to my name, told to pull to the window. Get to the window and low and behold am asked the name of the mobile order...she gives me my drink shuts the windows and goes the dining room and pulls out her phone. Horrible. Ordered hash browns they literally looked like they were stomped on- they were all mashed together into one piece and tasted frozen and burnt at the same time. Bagel was not toasted and was super dense. Iced coffee tasted like dirty pipe dish water. Waste of money never again.
