Stale factory crapp
Sat at the speaker in the rain for about 4 minutes trying to keep my window open enough to hear when someone finally asked for my order, then when I was ordering the guy kept cutting me off. I understand he was in a rush as there were 2 cars ahead of me. But when he gave me my drink and I asked for a straw he acted like I was annoying him. The donut was not fresh. Normally don't rate, but they were just rude today! Got a tone with me when I ordered a drink and didn't get the name right. When I asked if they had any LL bean promo Koozies left, the guy didn't know what I was talking about, then I told him and he rudely said I don't know what you are talking about, like I was a problem. Went through drive thru with a mobile order, got to the speaker to say "I have a mobile order for "my name". I get interrupted before I even got to my name, told to pull to the window. Get to the window and low and behold am asked the name of the mobile order...she gives me my drink shuts the windows and goes the dining room and pulls out her phone. I sit there, waiting, as I ordered a hash brown as well. Nothing. No one else was in the drive thru and i saw no other employees to wave and flag. Had to bang on the window to ge... read more
