Go there every morning
If I could give a 0, I would. Tried to go at 7:00 pm Monday 12/22. Worker sitting in a booth, doing NOTHING but laughing at all the customers pulling in & out of parking lot because he refused to do his job.
Please train your employees to at the very least acknowledge a customer within the first few minutes of them entering your store. It takes very little effort to say "I'll be right with you" no matter how busy they are.
I went to this location a few days ago and there was a kid early 20’s standing behind the line with his hands in his pants then proceeded to take them out and make someone’s coffee. I will never visit this location again not once did I see anyone wash their hands. This kid had dark hair and glasses and I would never touch an item he prepared .
