Always very friendly
Ordered a large oat milk on ice, just oat milk alone, she gave me a coffee with oat milk, I can’t have anything caffeine due to a medical condition. I told her it’s supposed to be just oat milk, she said well we can’t do a large oat milk it will have to be a small even though the other two locations here in Auburn lets me do a large oat milk on ice. I went there this morning to get some breakfast. All the ladies are very friendly and helpful.
Food sometimes is cold or old.service was slow .and the employees seemed more interested in phones and talking waited a good ten minutes for hot coffee and a breakfast item.
When I went there again today to get my hot chocolate I want there yesterday they were out I don't know how you run out of hot chocolate. They were good to go today
