Kindest, most generous associate working the drive-thru window. I don't remember the last time I was treated this well. I can't say enough about this woman with the heart of a saint.
I dont know who manages this store but there was only 2 staff working and one is training. They did great for only having 2 staff on. Great drinks, best service they could provide, but terrible scheduling and management. Also to every rude customer that swore and complained why dont you try working there with only one other person.
Was told they don’t have hot green tea, only iced. Sooo you don’t have hot water? Because that’s literally all you do. Did you just not feel like boiling the water? Lazy.

Ordered a large oat milk on ice, just oat milk alone, she gave me a coffee with oat milk, I can’t have anything caffeine due to a medical condition. I told her it’s supposed to be just oat milk, she said well we can’t do a large oat milk it will have to be a small even though the other two locations here in Auburn lets me do a large oat milk on ice.
