No one let me know my food was done after it had been there long enough to be cold
Crew was making drinks for friends, made the lobby back up and wait, no apologies the rudest customer service i've received at a dunkin donuts.
I don’t ever leave reviews but I had To with this store. What a train wreck it was to whitness. My food was wrong and my coffee was burnt. My food was remade and was still wrong. All workers seemed very confused and frustrated with each other. The man who took my order made me feel like I was Bothering him. I will Never be going back to this establishment!
Did not have the food ordered on the app. Supposed to credit money back to card, but instead charged an additional amount instead of refund. Can never speak to a human, so will have to drive by to get this fixed!
Clean place with a comfy lounge area. Iced coffee was perfect.
